I’m Hayley, the face behind Ace of Face – Skincare & Aesthetics in Whitley Bay. I’m an NMC-registered nurse prescriber, and caring for people has always been at the centre of who I am. Creating this business has allowed me to combine my clinical experience with my passion for skincare, aesthetics and helping people feel confident in their own skin. As a nurse, your safety always comes first, and every treatment is carried out to the same clinical standards I’ve always worked to.
My approach to aesthetics is simple: enhance, never change. I love creating subtle, balanced and refined results that help you feel like the best version of yourself. I’ve created a calm, luxurious and judgement-free space where you can take time for yourself, feel listened to and leave feeling more confident than when you arrived. I take the time to get to know every client, understand what you’d like to achieve and make sure any treatment is right for you. As a prescriber, Hayley handles your consultation, prescription and treatment face to face, with no remote prescribing and no shortcuts. Our focus is on less is more and natural enhancements, with your safety always coming first.

Hayley will talk through what you’d like to achieve, review your medical history and assess your skin and features. As a nurse prescriber, she’ll only recommend treatment if it’s safe and right for you, and you’ll never be rushed into a decision.
You don’t need to arrive knowing. Once Hayley understands you and your goals, she’ll give honest advice and recommend a personalised plan, whether that’s skincare, injectables or a combination of both.
Not always. Some treatments aren’t suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with certain medical conditions or medications. Your health history is reviewed at every consultation, and if a treatment isn’t right for you, Hayley will always tell you honestly.
